Returns & Exchanges
- Product Inspection: All our products are carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. Kindly ensure to record a video of unboxing your package as proof of receiving a damaged product. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment only if the photographic proof of damage is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process
- Email orders at info@vedatique.com within 7 days of your purchase with your return request and reason.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging or equivalent to prevent damage during return shipping.
